Moving To Heal, LLC was founded by Pauline Osborne, RN, MN. Through Nia, Pauline uses movement to improve the overall health and fitness of the general public.

Using her experience as an RN and Nia teacher, Pauline works closely with individuals living with chronic health conditions such as chronic pain and cancer. Managing one's health can be overwhelming especially when one is not feeling well. As a health guide and advocate, Pauline supports individuals and their families in navigating the healthcare system making sure they get the care they need and deserve while providing tools they need to heal.

No Nia Class Tuesday, February 7th due to unsafe road conditions. You can dance with me in the safety of your own home with Dream 2016.

Movement has the capacity to take us to the home of the soul, the world with for which we have no names. Movement reaches our deepest nature, and dance creatively expresses it. Through dance, we gain new insights into the mystery of our inner lives. When brought forth from inside and forged by the desire to create personal change, dance has the profound power to heal the body, psyche and soul.

                                                                                                                                                         -  Anna Halprin

Healing is a whole process available to all of us, all the time. A cure is an event, and it is neither predictable, nor always available. To ‘heal’ is to operate on many dimensions simultaneously, by aiming at attaining a state of emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical health.                 - Anna Halprin

Self-healing is the conscious act of addressing personal needs, which results in greater pleasure and improved function.                                                                                   - Debbie Rosas & Carlos Aya-Rosas
